Return & Refund Policy
At SINAZLYNN, every piece is crafted with precision and intent. We maintain strict quality standards, and our return policy reflects that.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
In cases of valid delays (such as travel, unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances), return requests may be considered within 2–3 days of delivery, subject to approval.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Size issues
- Change of mind (only if the reason is valid and reasonable, subject to approval)
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
4. Refund Options
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Customers may choose between:
- Refund to original payment method, or
- Store credit
Refunds/store credits will be processed within 3–5 business days after successful inspection.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a customer reason (size issue, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to an error on our end (damaged or wrong item), SINAZLYNN will cover the return shipping
6. Order Cancellation
As a growing independent brand, order cancellations are currently not allowed once an order is placed.
7. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Products with minor thread variations or stitching irregularities
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen variations
8. Limited Edition Products
- Limited edition items may only be returned if:
- The package is completely unopened, and
- The product is in perfect original condition
- If opened or handled, the return will not be accepted
9. Important Notes
All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
